Position: Director of Culinary Arts

Job Description: The Director of Culinary Arts is responsible for pre-preparation of foods and cooking. The Chef ensures that food is served in appropriate quantities and to meet the specifications of special diets. Quality food preparation experience is required. FSS certification and experience in exquisite meal preparation and presentation for a high end environment is required. Additionally, candidate must have demonstrated experience in the management and overview of all food service functions, staffing, and budget management. Candidate must also be knowledgeable of long-term-care regulatory requirements for food service. Preference will be given to a chef or culinary arts trained individual.

Additionally, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in long-term-care, short-term rehab, and dementia secured unit populations.

Job Description: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry department including staffing, supply ordering and supervision. Ensures cleaning schedules are followed and coordinates daily housekeeping services with other departments. Supervisory experience preferred.
