At The Garden Bridge, we believe that memory loss does not equate to a loss of dignity. We developed an innovative approach to bridge individuals experiencing memory loss to special care environments. Programs are specifically designed to maintain and cultivate the many wonderful memories of life long journeys for those who have developed mild to significant memory loss.

Traditional long-term care and assisted living facilities have limitations in serving individuals with memory loss, but The Garden Bridge encompasses the tools needed to address multiple issues and be the bridge that links them together. Special care programs and traditional family support are provided to enhance individual independence. Creative care programs are provided to effectively manage the behaviors associated with the progression of memory loss. The Garden Bridge is a dedicated special care environment located on the campus of the Grace Care Center of Katy which gives additional access to 24-hour Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Therapy.
